So is there a bot that will do the reverse (ie sends alerts to this forum when governance related issues are being discussed on Telegarm?)

Not really. There’s only bot sends forum alerts to Telegram.

So, that would effectively mean Telegram would be the place to go for governance discussions since all information is included there?
