Can I suggest using redirected OSMO liquidity incentives in the community pool for bootstrapping pools?
How much of the ~90.9M OSMO currently in the community pools is from redirected liquidity incentives btw? And how much is from pool and gauge creation fees?
If 310K OSMO of redirected liquidity incentives was spent on Prop #415to bootstrap the Mars outpost, and 800K OSMO of redirected liquidity incentives are being requested to match the KAVA Rise program, that would mean 1.11M OSMO of redirected liquidity incentives would be spent.
That would leave how much redirected OSMO liquidity incentives in the community pool?

Around 41.8 million.
Gauge and creation fees are tiny, a few tens of thousand last I looked.
