I tried withdraw eth to arb network, but the status is “pending withdraw” almost 22h.
Someone knows how can i proceed?

You can check the transaction possibly on an explorer like mintscan to check whether it has left the Osmosis chain. If yes, then validators on Axelar might be able to help. If no, then it might be that something is stuck in the relayers on the Osmosis side.
Should automatically refund - if you’re still having trouble can you open a ticket at support.osmosis.zone please.
