If 702: Sail DAO, has been corrected and updated as 708 why should voting data from 702 be used as the snap point {Note: 40% airdrop to voters will be based on voting data from 702.}

But I can surely imagine that if people voted on #702 with the promise of an airdrop it would be weird to exclude them from it.
The people voting on that one took the effort to make the proposal pass, so they should get the reward as well.
Maybe #708 voters need to be included as well, but that is something better to answer from @White_Whale
