# PROPOSAL This proposal seeks to give ‘osmo1cw9ap2sxk6yn7j4sgj0zj4qhr30f4pm23enly4’ permission to deploy new smart contracts inside the Osmosis zone without the need for governance. The Honorais are one of the biggest Game-Fi platform on Cosmos, born on Oraichain we seek to expand to other chains, enabling cross-chain gaming in Cosmos. ## Benefits to Osmosis **1)** Value for Shinoids NFT on Osmosis, under the form of game-fi earnings **2)** Bridge from Stargaze to further boost chain awareness **3)** Gas fees for the Game-Fi NFT bridge **4)** Exposure for Osmosis as part of the Game-Fi ecosystem, that will be more relevant the more user we bring to our cross-chain dAPP. **About us** We as the Honorais are long term builder, the project was launched more than 1 year ago, we delivered DEXes, Charting tools, NFT utility discord bots, Game-Fi dAPP like Battleground and much more. Yes! Yes! Yes! Another collection will def help chain visibility plus Honorais are heavyweight builders working hard to bring new things and expand their project, so yep it would be great addition to Osmo landscape to have them on board! ---

Before this project receives permissions I’d like to see you engage with the osmosis community and build awareness first rather than attempt to push through a proposal and then build awareness after. You seem to have some support here, but none appear to be active Osmosis community members and that’s a red flag to me. I will vote no, and I encourage others to do the same until they are more familiar with the project and team. ---

My validating partner is more familiar with the team behind Honorais and says they are ok. I do agree on the fact that sadly the most engagement is from new members who probably registred for this post and which we will most likely not see anytime soon (if ever…). Projects don’t need that and often works counterproductive. That being said, I will follow the recommendation from my validator partner Leonoor who is in favor of whitelisting the project. Before it is brought on chain it would be good be more elaborate on the project description as well as the benefits for Osmosis. The benefits like the bridge and the gas fees will most likely not be more than dust in terms of real generated yields, but the other 2 need more exploration (shinoids, are they already on Osmosis, what are they, what is the link, what is the collection size and volume, amount of holders, etc etc etc) as well as the plans for the cross-chain dApp (what is it, is it planned or already live, etc etc etc) ---

We have our community from Orai and one of the goal is also to bring them to Osmosis, by expanding our **existing** GameFi dAPP on Osmosis through IBC. Finally regarding Shinoids as the NFT collection itself, we are using Stargaze as the mint platform and we will leverage the ICS-721 bridge to bring the collection on Osmosis and allow players to interact with our dAPP. Yes, as of now the game can be played by Shinoids PART 1 ( on Osmosis ), Shinoids PART 2 ( on Orai ) and the OG Honorais NFT collection on Orai
