So, just to make it ELI5;

- the draft in the link creates an oralce to fetch the redemption rates ([Upload Stride Redemption Rate Oracle Contract - #2 by LeonoorsCryptoman](https://forum.osmosis.zone/t/upload-stride-redemption-rate-oracle-contract/248/2))
- this draft creates the contract which keeps the stTokens pools up-to-date with the redemption rate?
