So is there a bot that will do the reverse (ie sends alerts to this forum when governance related issues are being discussed on Telegarm?) ---

Not really. There’s only bot sends forum alerts to Telegram. ---

So, that would effectively mean Telegram would be the place to go for governance discussions since all information is included there?
