# Taker fee implementation - determining the details regarding height

It is even worse. Going for the 0,1% has been decided by 2 people within 2 hours time.

Whereas if we follow [this post](https://forum.osmosis.zone/t/delegate-the-setting-of-non-default-taker-fees-to-a-protocol-fee-subdao/323/6) there is a small working group where we are faaaaar from any consensus.
