I support this proposal, I have no doubt that it will contribute more to the community in the future.
I see a 20% cut in salary expenses indeed, might be good to include that as well, since numbers speak more in that perspective.

After we will provide more OSMO on CEX, more people will deposit OSMO on CEX to trade, and CEX will be able to run validator
Even if Osmosis community pool will not directly support CEX-validators to dump OSMO, it will influence more people to trade on CEX, not on our DEXes, and it will give more possibility to CEX to run validator
