BlueChip decentralizes creator and content subscriptions. Creators launch a token that gets paired with OSMO in their own liquidity pool. Everything is built on Osmosis-native modules: the creator token is a TokenFactory denom (not custom token contract), the liquidity pool is a native GAMM pool, and swaps route through x/poolmanager. The pool itself has two distinct phases.
Phase 1, Funding Phase: The creator launches their token and their pool is deployed. The pool registers the token’s denom (factory/{pool}/{symbol}) and becomes its denom admin. It holds exclusive minting authority, and no tokens are minted upon creation. At first, the pool only accepts one specific type of transaction, the commit. Commits can only be made in OSMO. In phase 1, when committing to a creator pool, the committer DOES NOT make a swap. They are committing to the pool’s ledger. The ledger tracks the amount of OSMO committed, priced in dollars via the chain’s own x/twap over the main OSMO/USDC pool. Once the pool reaches $25,000 in OSMO, it begins the transition into phase 2.
Crossing the $25,000 Threshold: Once the threshold is crossed, the pool mints exactly 1,200,000 o the creators tokens, and uses the committed OSMO to seed a native Osmosis GAMM pool (50/50, the standard xyk curve). After the original mint, no other creator tokens will be minted. The minted tokens go to 4 separate destinations: the new GAMM pool itself (350,000 tokens as liquidity, with the pool contract holding the LP shares), each committer pro-rata to how much they committed (500,000 total), the BlueChip protocol wallet (25,000), and the creator themselves (325,000). The GAMM pool-creation fee the chain charges at this moment is funded out of the protocol’s own 1% commit fee. This fee is not paid out by the creator. The contracts handle osmosis-1’s USDC-denominated fee by converting the retained OSMO through the pricing pool inside the same transaction.
Phase 2, the pool is no longer dormant: After the crossing, the creator token is available through the standard Osmosis GAMM pool. Wallets can freely commit, swap, and provide liquidity. LPs join and exit directly on the native pool with ordinary MsgJoinPool/MsgExitPool, so positions show up in any Osmosis-aware tooling. When committing to the pool now, the committer receives creator tokens in return, routed through x/poolmanager like any other swap.
A final note: the commit transaction sends a 5% and 1% fee to the creator and BlueChip protocol wallets respectively, and emits distinct events from a normal swap, allowing creators and others to seamlessly sync it to their front ends for specialized reasons.

The protocol is deployed and has been exercised end-to-end on Osmosis testnet (osmo-test-5). The stored code’s on-chain hashes match the reproducible cosmwasm/optimizer 0.16.0 artifacts in the repo (byte-for-byte), verified against data_hash. Beyond the on-chain runs, the suite includes an osmosis-test-tube harness that exercises the real tokenfactory/gamm/poolmanager/twap modules — including a run that reproduces mainnet’s 20-USDC pool-creation fee exactly.
