# Can't unbound liquidity from pool LVN-Osmo

Hi, I can’t unbound my liquidity from the #1325 pool. Here’s the error description : " Incompatible Signing Requested

Error: SIGN\_MODE\_DIRECT can’t be signed on Ledger. Contact the web app provider to fix this issue."

Could you please help and unblock this issue ? Thanks

Theres a workaround available. Open up a ticket at support.osmosis.zone and I can help you out. You can navigate there from the side bar on the main app as well to verify youre heading to the right place 🙂
